Top 10 Skills สำหรับธุรกิจในปี 2027

World Economic Forum ได้ออกรายงาน Future of Jobs Report 2023 ซึ่งได้คาดการณ์ทักษะจำเป็นที่จะถูกให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาบุคลากรระหว่างปี 2023-2027 ไว้ 10 อย่าง ได้แก่

1. Analytical thinking

2. Creative thinking

3. AI and big data

4. Leadership and social influence

5. Resilience, flexibility and agility

6. Curiosity and lifelong learning

7. Technological literacy

8. Design and user experience

9. Motivation and self awareness

10. Empathy and active listening

ทั้งนี้ สิ่งที่น่าสนใจเมื่อเทียบกับทักษะที่ประกาศกันปี 2020 นั้น จะพบว่าทักษะที่ถูกลดความสำคัญลงจะเป็นเรื่อง Complex problem solving and analysis, Critical thinking and analysis, Reasoning, problem solving and ideation ที่หลุดออกจาก Top 10 เช่นเดียวกับทักษะอย่าง AI and big data ที่กระโดดเข้ามาเป็น Top 3 โดยที่ไม่เคยอยู่ในการจัดอันดับครั้งที่แล้ว
